Who's It For?
Women 24-26 years old (beneficial for youth and the elderly)
Women with light periods or post-menstruation to build Blood (take for 1 week after period to rebuild blood)

Contraindications:

Contraindicated in cases of diarrhea due to Spleen deficiency. Best taken in combination with QI blend (or take QI first, then Gaia) in these cases.
